NHInfoSystem's superior transcription team assures upmost attention and step by step Quality check on the typing to provide our clients with satisfactory transcriptions.
 
We provide our services in the following fields:
o Medical Transcription services for Doctors, Hospitals and Agencies.

Our turnover time is from 24 hours to 48 hours. We recheck and redo the work with out any extra charge if client is not satisfied with the work.
 

1. How it Works
We receive dictations from digital dictation system and also from PC based dictation systems. Most of our clients record dictations in hand held portable digital recorder and downloads the audio files to our secured server through very user friendly methods.

We have our own secured ftp server to upload the digital audio files by using softwares provided by us. Addition to that, most of the current digital recorder has built in system to upload the digital files to ftp server automatically with out the need of any extra software. We provide every client with a secured ftp account with a personal password.

 
The process:
Offered Features:
o Dictate the reports, interviews or letters in the digital recorder
o Hook up the digital recorder with an USB cable to the computer which has an internet service
o Using our software or the built in software in digital recorder the files will be uploaded to the specific folder of the secured and personal ftp account of the client
o Our typist will download the files from the ftp account and transcribe it and upload the typed documents in the specified folders of the ftp account of the client
o The documents will get automatically downloaded or manually downloaded to the clients computer for printing and editing purpose
   
We accept audio files from Olympus, Philips or Lanier handheld machines formats. We also accept PC based audio in WAV, MP3 and Microsoft Sound formats.
